Eclipse Tint and Accessories

I was in the area so I walked in to set up an appointment to have my front windows tinted to match the back windows. They said give us your key and we'll get you right in. They were done in 20 minutes and did a great job.

*SEE PHOTOS* DO NOT GO TO ECLIPSE IF YOU WANT A CLEAN INSTALL OR GOOD CRAFTSMANSHIP . I had a vehicle done here and received a botched install with incorrect film. I live over an hour away from their shop, I chose them ONLY because they installed Llumar film. I dropped my car off the night prior to my appointment, the next day nobody called me… no big deal, you know.. disregarding a customers car. I called them prior to closing, come to find out the car was done! Great! Paid the silly price and went to pick up my car! Only to find my vehicle with a ridiculously dark film installed on the front windshield that was not discussed, but nearly EVERY WINDOW having large amounts of debris beneath the film… No big deal, It’s only 2 hours round trip for us to get to this “shop”. I had to set another appointment to drop the car off AGAIN to get the correct film installed on the windshield. Poor communication, poor craftsmanship. I NEVER received and warranty information. just a sticky note “receipt”. The whole job looks like it was performed by a rushed and inexperienced installer. Who lets a car leave the shop TWICE, looking like this? Where’s the quality control?

I have a 2021 Ford Ranger and I had my front windows matched to the back and a front 5% brow on the windshield. The service was painless and easy and the employees were kind. The tint job is a different story. I had 3 windows tinted and 2 of the 3 windows are botched. My windshield tint started peeling about 4 days after I had the tint installed. I have moved from Madison so getting these things repaired was not an option. My driver’s door tint was cut terribly and there is a visible amount of my window (outside and inside) that isn’t even tinted. Crazy to believe I paid almost $300 for this service.
