I recently took my car to Black Label Auto for new tires and an interior/exterior detailing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! This place is a hidden gem. Next day appointments, super reasonable price for my car issue, I was able to drop off my car even after they've closed, placed my keys into a locked drop box. Picked it up the next day. Great communication, perfect! Our new go to place!

I called several other auto shops and detailers before deciding on Black Label Auto to get the windows on my Tesla Model Y tinted. While their prices were comparable to other places, they offered a superior product (3M) and customer service. They even got in me fairly quickly after I called them. I worked with Alex, who was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions up front (i.e., deciding on which 3M material to go with, which percentages would work/look best, etc.). Most importantly, he did a fantastic job on my car. I went with 3M Ceramic IR, 25% front, 70% rear (Model Y rear windows are stained/dyed from the factory, but offer no UV/heat rejection), and front windshield at 70%. I had to bring in my car a second time to finish the tint job due to an issue with some of their film being damaged, but they gave me a generous discount on my final bill in order to accommodate my having to make a second trip (again, really great customer service). Overall, I had a great experience with Alex and the Black Label Auto team. Highly recommended.
