The service is unparalleled and the work quality is great too. They are proud of their work and it shows. Edit: After a long delay, I am back to post about changing out the head unit and putting in a rear view camera. The experience was (again) fant...
Great job and quick service from this shop! I came in with my own head unit to upgrade my 2002 Honda Accord from the stock radio. There was no beating around the bush; the guy working with me was very clear about costs and what needed to be done. He even did a little custom work to fit the radio in the space (due to most adapters for my vehicle typically allocating space to only a single DIN space) to fit my double DIN unit, and even put in some neat trim to match the rest of the console. Cost was on-par with what I expected, and I got what I paid for. Go with these guys! They know what they're doing!
I came in with my own audio parts, hoping for a quick installation, but they told me I needed additional parts and quoted a sky-high price—$190 per hour for labor, plus the cost of parts they insisted were necessary. It felt like they were just trying to upsell me rather than offer real help. I decided to get a second opinion at another shop, where they finished the job for a third of the price in much less time. This place either doesn’t know what they’re doing or is more focused on padding their bill than helping customers. If you need audio work done, go somewhere that’s honest and actually knows what they’re doing. Also get multiple opinions as I did every single one Said something different but some minor similar things.
