Omed and his colleague at A Plus Auto Glass provided exceptional service! They were great with communication, affordable, and most importantly, reliable. Omed is highly experienced in the auto glass industry and knew every possible detail when it came to replacing and repairing damaged glass. This was my first time using their service, and I must say, they truly put their customers first. A fantastic company—I highly recommend them!
Easily five stars. So they installed a new windshield in my car, and it actually was flawed--there were a few distortions, with one in the line of sight. Obviously, that's a bad start. But all these glass companies are installers, not manufacturers, so the flawed glass was not their fault (and I checked the manufacturer--it wasn't some cheap Ali Express thing, it was a normal domestic manufacturer). So I contact them to let them know about the distortion. As soon as the saw my video of the distortion, they made as prompt a plan to give me a new, perfect windshield at no cost. This is what you want in a company: A guarantee that it will come out right in the end. This is so important too because it makes it more often come out right the first time--after all, if they're on the hook to fix a mistake, then they're going to do their best to avoid it in the first place! So I can wholly endorse this company. Something went wrong--it happens, and it wasn't there fault--but they made it right as quickly and painlessly as possible. Can't ask for more than that!
