I visited several Multimedia car installation places in McKinney and Plano to inquire about hard-wire installation of a front and rear camera, as well as a radar/laser detector. When I arrived at Empire Sound & Security in McKinney, I was warmly greeted by Joey, who smiled and welcomed me. I explained what I needed, and Joey provided a reasonable quote. It was clear that the business was very busy, which is often a sign of a well-run establishment. I returned the following Saturday to discuss the installation with Kal and left my vehicle with them (without an appointment). When I came back about an hour later to mention something I had forgotten, Kal regretfully informed me that they were running behind schedule due to the previous day's appointments. They asked if I could return on Monday, and I appreciated their honesty. On Monday, the installation was completed in a timely manner, and both systems are working as expected. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of both Kal and Joey. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this business.

We bought a larger unit for our 2019 Sequoia directly from the manufacturer not realizing it was more complex to hook up than we thought. We brought it to Empire and they got it all installed for us! Fast service and they didn’t leave my car junked out like a big brand name company did last time we got work done!! Thank you Empire!!
