Des was great, and we would definitely recommend! He was extremely friendly and professional and very responsive to all of our questions before and after tinting two of our vehicles (Yukon and Tucson). He was booked a week out, but fit us into his schedule by coming on New Year's Day. His pricing was very reasonable, and ended up being a little less than prices at larger companies in the area but he used two grades higher up on the tint series which gave us more heat rejection than we would have had. We also had him and Mason detail our 3 vehicles and they both did an excellent job and couldn't have been nicer. So glad we found Des!

This experience doesn’t even deserve one star — if I could give zero, I would. This is by far the worst tint I have ever received. I have 3 vehicles. I had a very disappointing experience with Serene Window Tint - North Dallas. The installer came to me to tint my 2026 Tesla Model Y, and from start to finish, the service was unprofessional and poorly executed. First, he never introduced himself. I specifically requested 20% tint, but the receipt shows 30%, which is not what I asked for. The tint job itself was sloppy — both front windows had visible bubbles, dents, and debris trapped under the film. The debris is small but scattered and noticeable, making it difficult to even capture in photos. On top of that, he left green tape on the driver’s side window, beads inside my vehicle, and more beads scattered all over the ground outside. The cleanliness and attention to detail were completely lacking. I was given a photo of a receipt, not even a proper invoice or email. When I brought up these issues, he immediately made excuses instead of taking responsibility. He told me he doesn’t offer refunds and only offered to redo the windows and add a front windshield tint — but only if I rescheduled. It’s unacceptable that someone can come out the same day to get paid, but won’t fix their own mistakes with the same urgency. When you call this business out on their poor workmanship, they get defensive instead of making it right — and that says a lot about their professionalism. I’ll be taking my car to Tritek Window Tinting & Paint Protection in Garland Texas to have the job corrected properly. I’m thankful I paid with a credit card and not through Zelle, and I will be disputing the charge. This was a lesson learned — I will never use a service like this again, and I don’t recommend Serene Window Tint to anyone looking for quality work or reliable customer service. RESPONDING TO BUSINESS Thank you for your response, but I would like to clarify a few important points: • A re-do was only offered if I rescheduled. It was not offered for the same day, despite the technician being available to do the original job that day. No specific follow-up appointment was ever scheduled with me, nor was next-day availability discussed. • You continue to avoid addressing your no-refund policy, which the technician clearly stated to me when I raised my concerns. This is a key part of my dissatisfaction and should have been acknowledged in your reply. • The technician — who never introduced himself and remains unnamed in your communication — also did not notify me of the possibility of imperfections from outdoor tinting. If that’s a known risk, it should be explained before the work is done, not afterward when issues arise. • You refer to the photo of the receipt as an “official invoice,” but a proper invoice should be sent via email or text immediately, and it should reflect the correct details. Mine shows 30% tint, despite me clearly requesting 20% — yet this mistake is not even acknowledged in your response, again highlighting a lack of attention to detail. You also did not address the lack of cleanliness. The technician left beads and materials inside my vehicle and all over the parking lot where the service was performed. This shows a disregard for both my property and the surrounding environment Additionally, I am not available to leave my vehicle at your shop — that’s precisely why I requested a mobile service in the first place. I have responsibilities and obligations that require my attention, and your response fails to consider that. Furthermore, your decision to post my full first and last name publicly in your reply is a serious breach of customer privacy and shows poor judgment in handling personal information. Respecting your customers includes protecting their identity. To make matters worse, the owner called me from a different number (screenshot attached), ranting and calling me “lame” over my review. That kind of response says everything about their professionalism. I’m not entertaining back-and-forth debate.

100% recommend. Couldn't be happier with the job Dez did on my car. Got a full vehicle tint including the windshield, and it came out perfect. Got quotes from a few other places, and nobody's prices could beat Serene Window Tint. Highly recommend!
