Bruce was great to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable about the install of my dashcam. It was a model that I purchased online and brought in for install. They estimated my installation would be done 1pm which was about 2 hours and they called me ...

I’m an avid Groupon user. It helps me to determine if someplace is great and if I want to return for full price. I purchased the interior cleaning package and while the car was much better than when I dropped it off, it did not meet my expectations. Windows were wiped with streaking cloth and the sun-film on the inside of the window remained. Thus still cloudy to look through. Sticky residue and stains remained after I paid for extra cleaning treatment. I also paid extra for cleaning of my 3rd row and trunk space and there was a good bit of debris still in the trunk area. Overall it was disappointing. As a busy mom with a 3yr old and 1yr old, I don’t often remove the car seats and get the level of cleaning we need and honestly whenever we do one again, it’ll very likely be somewhere else. I will say that they guys working up front were all very nice and gave good customer service. It’s just the actual service was not great!

My whole experience was bad I came in for subwoofer install . First the sales man said it would all together cost me 350$ by time I was checking out he charged me over 500$ that could’ve been communicated better. As soon as I got in my car my voice controls didn’t work and they had to go in and fix it. They told me the appointment would take 2-3 hours it ended up taking them 6 hours. The guy helping me was snappy and defensive when trying to explain my issues and after about 3 days of using my subs they blew I went back in and they said the amp was to big and that’s why it went out which I think they should have brought up before I had the service done putting me out over 500$ for nothing. All they care about is making there money they don’t care about you and your money they were manipulating and a bad overall experience.
