This was the 1st time I took my F150 to NTSS, some mistakes were made by the one of their Technicians, I was not to happy when I arrived back to their shop. I spoke to Devin and he did not give me the run around, he was honest with me, and was very professional, Devin did the work himself to ensure I was happy with the outcome, I will continue to use them. Devin was honest and treated me with courtesy and respect, and that goes along way with me.
The most unprofessional place I been to, came to get an oil change waited for 2hrs while they were taking other people cars before mine and didn’t even acknowledge my presents or didn’t ask about my car. To top it off the guy sitting at the desk on his phone never sent my keys to the back for them to take my car, Never tf will I recommend this place or go back y’all are sorry asf.
