I used tint world on one of our vehicles a year ago and they did great. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago; I decided to use Tint World on a second vehicle of ours and they stained/left water spots on my brand new front seats and left hairs between the tint and glass after I agreed to upgrade to ceramic tint and pay more. They close at 6 pm and said vehicle would be done by closing time. I dropped the car off at 10 a.m.. we did not get our vehicle until 7:20 p.m. The tech was frustrated that he messed up the back window and had to redo it; had an attitude. If he can't handle the basic job requirements I would have rather gone somewhere else or come in on a day that a knowledgeable tech could do it right without an attitude. I did call and ask for manager/owner; left voicemail and never got return phonecall.
Tint World - Memphis did a fantastic job on my truck! I took an aftermarket grille and step bars along with new fender badgers for them to put in for me. I also had them wrap / black out some chrome on my truck as well. They really did a phenomenal job. It looks so good. And it’s not just the good work that they did, it was the communication as well. Initially, I called and asked if they could do all the things I was looking to get done. They said they thought that they could but asked if I could come by to make sure. So I made an appointment to come by. They sent me a text and an email to confirm the appointment. After I met with them, we scheduled an appointment to get the work done. Again, the sent me a text and an email to confirm the appointment and then again the day before my appointment. Maybe that’s not a big deal to some, but I really liked that. Again, I am thrilled with how good my truck looks and I would highly recommend them. We will be getting some mods done to another vehicle of ours and we will definitely be taking our car there.
I have been waiting 2 weeks for a call back on getting window tint and pinstripes for my new truck. Finally went to SPD Tint 3 miles away. I was greeted, quoted and serviced within 2 hours and saved $250. I will never return to TW and will recommend SPD to my 300+ coworkers that compliment my new ride.
