My service manager at a local dealership recommended I call Jeff at Auto Trim Design, and I’m glad I did. His prices are competitive, quality of work was fantastic, and the window tinting was completed in a very reasonable time. I’ll be back! Originally I have them a 5 and would give them a 1 but it won’t let me. I am editing this review as of today. I waited the 5 days to roll my windows down as they recommended and when I did the passenger front and back would not roll down. I called them for an appointment to look at and when I arrive they immediately accepted no responsibility. Did I get rude yes because they were not even willing to help in the situation at all.

I have been taking my vehicles there for over ten years and I've always been pleased with the quality of work. They have installed tint and the paint protective film on at least 8 vehicles for me. I live in Indianapolis now and I drive my new vehicles to Memphis for their service. That's how pleased I am.
