Rude, aggressive and unprofessional. Didn't show up at the scheduled time and date to finish the job but cashed the check anyway. Said he wanted to make sure it would clear the bank and not bounce before he was willing to complete the work. Edit: He left our business a bad review saying I left him a bad review without knowing anything. Yes I did know the whole situation. Don't paint me as ignorant, please. We are a business and explained up front that the work would need to be approved and a check mailed and that can take time. Along with that, you were next to my desk installing our tint for nearly the entire business day. The entire time your were complaining to your employee (who seemed nice and professional) about how angry you were with us and were not being quiet, discreet and your were using foul language. Definitely not appropriate for an office with people. Next you might bring up an issue of contension you had? You wanted to do the work on a Sunday when the office is closed and no staff were on site, but you didn't say that until after you got the deposit. We refused, cause we have people's personal and sensitive information inside our office, and you threw a fit and cussed and were angry about it. 100% unprofessional.

The glare is finally gone i can now enjoy my TV the way it's supposed to be enjoyed thanks
