Technicians arrived and did not know how to remove the screens, which should have been a red flag. I showed them how to remove. They proceeded to clean the windows and when they got to my covered deck (which has tounge and groove wood floor and ceiling). They absolutely saturated the hardwood floor and my patio furniture and storage box. I stopped them from doing any more damage and they said they had to leave as one of the techs had a doctor appointment. They then came back and wanted to take pictures of the windows and asked for payment, what a joke. Needless to say I only had a few windows cleaned, none of the screens were put back in and I was left with a big mess and a saturated deck that took me over an hour to clean. Won't use again, and will not recommend. The photos I am attaching are after I had already spent a great deal of time cleaning up the water. As you can see everything that was close to the windows was not moved back and the screens were not put back, what a disappointment!

Friendly and professional team that did a great job cleaning our exterior windows and cleaning out the gutters. They were very responsive and communicated with us before, during and after they came out. Would use them again!

Highly recommend window genie!! They are professional, and super friendly, great people! My house had so much algae/mildew on our siding and the guys did great at removing it and making my house sparkling clean! Before and after pictures attached!
