Do not open on time spent over a half hour waiting. I had tint on my two windows put on, and in 6 months, it was bubbling. Had to have them removed elsewhere and have windows re tinted

He did a very good job for me. Still have my tint on since a year ago, no problem.

Last year I had my SUV tinted at Ralph’s and I asked that they tint it to the legal Mass limit. It passes inspection last year but I was rejected this year due to the fact that Ralph’s tinted my windows 20% not 35% like I asked them to. When I called to inform them I was unhappy with what they had done they basically told me it wasn’t there problem. I am a long time customer of theirs and you can guarantee I will be taking my services elsewhere moving forward. The gentleman I spoke with stated they have their customers write down on a piece of paper their phone number and the tint of their choice, which is a joke! I have never been asked to do this after having 5 different cars tinted by them. It’s great how they lack the customer service to rectify the problem. 👍🏼
