Highly recommend this place, very friendly and they do a great job with the tints I was in and out within an hour just for reference this is what 35% looks like.
First, I came to this shop because it had numerous five-star reviews. After my experience, I did not have the same experience as others. I have multiple reviews of places, and I am being honest with my experience. I recently had my windshield replaced and needed to retint my front windshield. I had multiple cars with tints on them, so I know what quality work is. When I arrived, the owner took me to their garage to finish the work. Pictures of their shop on Google Maps were utterly different from the actual. That was the first red flag. Second, there was no difference in the film being used (regular or ceramic). They were just up-charging and telling me it was carbon ceramic. I told the man working on my car that he needed to cut out a spot for my inspection sticker because it gets replaced yearly. Instead, he laid the film over my inspection stickers (Picture 2). That means I would need to remove the tints just to get a new inspection sticker in 2 months. He told me he would fix it the next day because he needed the glue to cure. When I left, I noticed water all over my head, up the display monitor, and cut film all over the back seat of my car. At night, the tint job looked fine (Picture 3). But, in the morning, bubbles were everywhere, and the pictures didn't do it justice (Zoom into picture 1 with all the red markings and Picture 4 and 5). I have many cars tinted and have never had to deal with bubbling to this extent. After work, I headed back to fix my inspection stickers. The owner tried to cut a box around it but told me he would redo the tint job. The man who first worked on my car tore off the tint and destroyed my inspection stickers (Picture 6). Also, the film had three spots where it said black ceramic on the windshield. At this point, I knew they didn't take pride in their work or care for my car like their own. So, I told them to redo the tint but would stop them once they got the old tint off and cleaned my windshield of all the residue. I even paid the worker extra because I was appreciative, but I soon realized this was a mistake. They stated there was a miscommunication, but why would an installer put a tint over an inspection sticker that must be replaced yearly? They even told me bubbles were normal and would cure over the next few days. Over the five cars and tint jobs I had, I can confidently say it was due to a lack of "care." The only positive thing to say about this place is there was a man who offered to work on my car instead and apologized for the entire thing even though he wasn't apart of it. He told me he didn't want me to leave angry. Also, the work is done very quickly, which is a positive thing. But that might be the reason why the quality of the work was subpar. I wasted my time, money, and inspection sticker at this place.
He was very professional, patient with me and took care of my car like it was his. Not only did I fall in love with my car but it’s definitely my dream car and he made it possible. His work is amazing he was very detailed, fare prices doesn’t try to rip you off!! He’s definitely fare with his prices. I quoted around and he’s definitely very affordable compared to others who try to charge you extra. He’s very fare, Thank you !!!
