Pro-Tection Seattle

Great experience with Pro-Tection Seattle from start to finish. On my first phone call, the tech was knowledgeable and helpful in determining which exterior film would help cut the heat coming through the door into the garage. I emailed photos of my garage door and they provided an estimate right away. The installers were friendly, professional, and meticulous. They did one panel to make sure it was what I wanted before doing the others. Very responsive throughout the process, would definitely use again.

I am absolutely thrilled with our 3M prestige window film, Pro-Tection Seattle was efficient and professional, the installer was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Really impressed with the efficiency of the product already!

Their technician was professional and did a nice job, we are very happy with the end product. However their quoting process at the front-end could use some improvement: 1) I had to remind them to include the flyer discount that I had mentioned in my first call. 2. Had to email & speak with 2 estimators to finally get the quote and the samples that were a right fit for us & our needs.... somehow my needs that I very clearly outlined in my original email was never captured by the first estimator.
