Great guy. Good work. Fair price. Good conversation. Awesome shop. Easy to schedule. Jake was quick and the tint looks great. He offers a lifetime warranty on his tint. Will definitely be a return customer and recommend to anybody who wants tint done.
Come for the tint stay for the convo. Brought my new Bolt here about a month ago. I pulled in and they went right to work. I was in and out about an hour roughly, and I followed all the recommendations I was told. This was my first time ever getting Tint done and they did an awesome job no bubbles anywhere and I gave it the full five days to cure. Dude was even cool and went over the different percentages with me so that I didn’t go too dark in the front which ensured I could still see at night but my back windows I was still able to go fully 5%. I highly recommend.
Deserves 0 stars out of 5. A cautionary tale regarding the “tint mans” lifetime workmanship/defect warranty. This is the fifth vehicle I have taken to him in the last decade. A few required a re-tint on at least one widow. I have never had an issue with him honoring his verbal warranty until now. Usually an oversight in prep/cleaning. This is the first time I have had multiple failures due to workmanship. I paid $300 to have 7 windows (including quarter windows) tinted on a brand new vehicle. Three out of seven windows are unacceptable. Two other professional shops agree. Including the one that I had to pay to strip and re-tint, when “tint man” either ghosted or blocked me. “Tint man” initially honored his warranty on one quarter window, but it took them two more attempts on seperate occasions to get it to passable at best. He denied warranty on rear window, stating it was only one small bubble while at the same time he himself pointing out multiple large dust spots. I then offered to pay AGIAN for the rear window, which he refused to do. I contacted him 3 days later about the drivers side main window after finding more defects past the cure time. No response. I then charged back the credit due to his failure to uphold warranty on service/goods rendered. He responded to the credit card company stating my claims are false and fraudulent, and I never contacted him. Shame on you Jake. Any reputable shop installing a reputable film should be giving out a warranty card from the manufacturer. Two other professional shops agree - I had x-treme brothers in Wooster strip and re-tint. He was shocked at how much dirt and dust was installed over by “tint man”. The last photo is what any reputable shop will be giving you for warranty documentation. You will not be provided with this at “tint man”. Save yourself a headache and find a reputable installer who provides a written warranty. Take some pride in your work. Response to owner - You know that is your handywork there meistro. I would also think you would know that google is not your platform. You are obviously more daft than I gave you credit for.
