DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They are negligent. This business provided the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I brought my truck in for a detail service, and left with cut marks in my paint down to the metal. The owner then proceeded to back out of the agreement he signed to cover repairs and rental while a legitimate establishment corrected their negligence, stiffing me with the rental car bill. The poor business and poor customer service starts from the owner and works it’s way throughout the rest of the company.

I do not recommend taking a used vehicle here for rust proofing. I had my vehicle taken here by a car dealership for undercoating. No one bothered to inform me that there was no warranty what so ever. Now that their product is failing, they only offered to redo it for an additional fee. Why would I want to pay a second time for a product which has already proven to fail? Very poor way to treat customers.

Very fast, professional and friendly service! I dropped off my car here to get my radio replaced with a new touch screen radio earlier this week. They called me to let me know that they had finished it, within *hours*!! They put it in *really* well, putting trim around it in a way that fits like a glove in my dash! It looks fantastic! I will show you a picture of the new radio to show you why I am so impressed. :) This place is very nice looking inside as well! I *highly* recommend!! Thank you, Custom Trim!!!
