Usually don't write reviews, but I recently had them upgrade the sound system in my 2019 Dodge Challenger. I am active-duty military, and I'm a car guy so I know most of my stuff. The gentleman at the front desk walked me through the best options for a good amplifier, speakers, and stereo system. They knocked the price a bit for being military. We installed a JL Audio Subwoofer and had them knock it out quickly. I had a barber appointment at The Gentlemen's Den a few blocks down, and one of the guys drove me down the street for my appointment. They had great customer service. Highly recommended!!! Will take my wife's Toyota Corolla for Window Tinting soon.
PLEASE SHARE THIS SO NO ONE WILL GO THROUGH THIS WITH THIS SHOP! Hi I’m a 31 yr old pregnant amputee woman. That went to a North County Window Tinting in Oceanside CA. To get an audio system done to my Toyota Camry. I’m currently a medical assistant and had saved up to get my dream system. I went to North county window tinting Dec 23 2023. To get my audio system done and 3 weeks later it blew out (the system stopped working) I called the shop and they told me they would “fix it” I went and they “fixed it” only so it can blow out again about 3 to 4 weeks later. I called them and let them know that this was not ok and that I would need my money back. Meanwhile I took my car to two other places to get different points of view of why this happened and both places let me know how much of a horrible job North County Window Tinting did. Not only horrible but dangerous for mine and my unborn child. The wiring in the hood my car was not placed right risking for the wires to set on fire with the heat of the motor and bursting into flames while I’m driving. I contacted the shop that did this to my car and they said they can’t give me my money back only fix it. I told them I don’t feel comfortable or safe letting them touch my car for a 3rd time. They gave me the owner Alex number because he said he would talk to me. I tried calling him and texting him only to be ignored by him. I was in a terrible car accident where I lost my left leg in 2012 so knowing that I was risking being in another accident while pregnant as well is very terrifying. I don’t know what to do to get my money back. The total of what that shop charged me was $3,300.00 plus now that I’ve gotten quotes to repair the damages they did to my car will be $1,200.00. I went into further investigation and this shop has been doing this to plenty of people and never answering or fixing the issue. I work very hard for my money and it’s hurtful to see how people can be so cruel and take advantage of that. I have audio text and tried calls to this shop. As well my receipt and the cost of repair for everything they did to my car.
