I would like to thank Jack and Danny for their expertise and friendly communication when choosing a tint/glass shop. Not only have they done my recent Elantra, but have also done my mom's Genesis Coupe and my dad's Honda Passport (replaced the windsh...
Upon completion of the application of 3M crystalline film on all windows and half of the rear glass of my Model 3, I paid a total of just under $1100. Following the installation, I noticed some imperfections and returned to address them approximately a week later. Although most small air bubbles were successfully corrected, one persisted. Jack suggested allowing an additional week for it to dissipate, but when it remained unchanged, I returned for a second visit. On this occasion, they replaced the film. My rating of 4 stars reflects my belief that the issue should have been resolved during the initial return visit, rather than necessitating a second trip. Nonetheless, I acknowledge their commitment to rectifying the matter. Jack's professionalism and approachability were commendable, and I would consider returning for future tinting services.
Owner Jack and team are excellent in response and service. Twice I’ve had my windshield replaced here. I think the work was even better executed the second time by Tyson (I Believe). First time; great work, but the seals were mishandled and worn. They could have advised or notified if I wanted a new seal. HUD took a few weeks to settle. - maybe this was related to the glass. Second time, though the seal is now older and further worn, showed little to no new chipping/ material loss. Tyson was also sensitive to care for my installed dashcam and the HUD was clear and crisp day one. My window took a chip around 10am, coordinated for 2:45pm appointment and by 4:30pm I was on my way home.
