Ravshan Car Tinting

I wanted to wait about a month to review this place to see how the quality stood up but I got 4 windows and the rear tinted and the tint held up no problem, no bubbling or peeling even in the dead of winter. 5/5 stars, staff were nice and transparent about pricing (good prices), worked extremely quickly (took about 30-40 minutes) I will come back here to get my windshield lightly tinted as well. Friend recommended this shop for tints. Went here last week to get my window tinted. Paid $480 with removal of my old tints. Noticed bubbles 4 days after with a piece of film inside which caused the bubble. Went to the shop to explain I’m not satisfied with the job. I left the front windshield as is even though there’s a small bubble with a piece of film inside it. The driver side window was not leveled properly there was a decent gap explained I’d wanted it redone. As well as the passenger side window which had another bubble with film inside it. I went today to get them redone and at the end of the job noticed the worker sliced through my paint. I showed this to the owner or worker whoever it is to the shop. Didn’t even get an apology like that would do anything anyways. They ignored my frustration saying “it can happen as we cut the film this way” is this a joke? Who damages someone’s property and doesn’t even own up to it or offer any compensation. Definitely never going back to this shop. I must be the only one who had this kind of experience but for the price I paid and to get my car paint cut through is disgusting and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend wasting your time and money with these guys. Owner reached out and allowed me to come in to fix the issues I’ve had. Very respectful of the owner to acknowledge this.
