The Tint Palace was great at fitting me in on short notice. I took my car to repair a shattered window due to vandalism. After, I had my window replaced I noticed broken glass was left in my door. I called the company the next day, for a resolution. The reason I was given was because there is no way to get to it out. It was recommended I should take it to the dealer to see if they can take the door apart. After, I called other local glass companies to see if this was true, I was told the opposite that it could be done. So, I searched on YouTube and found some videos. After watching a few I was able to take the door apart and clean it out myself. From start to finish , it took about 25 minutes. I feel the job was rushed and I was blown off after I called about the issue.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONA!! Do not take your vehicle here!! Was charged more than $100 I was told even though prior to giving me the quote I gave him the exact year/vehicle I had, he said it was more bc it was a SUV, I guess me telling him the make/model over the phone didn't register it was a SUV. He sent me an invoice with additional charges including a per hour fee, shop fee, removal fee (which I agreed to) in addition to the initial cost and taxes of course, I've never seen all those fees before and we've had many vehicles wrapped and tinted both personal/company vehicles. I had a 9am apt and they were closed, he said he text me to let me know he wouldn't be there, but I literally got his message while we were on the phone after 9, first red flag and I shouldn't have left it, my fault. I was told it would be finished by 12, so no big deal, get a ride to pick it up and go about my day, I called him at 12 & he hadn't even started on it bc he was waiting for someone to help him. He never called me to let me know, I asked if they had even started bc at this point I was annoyed and just gonna pick it up, he said he had everything already cut out and he was just waiting for someone to come help. Me trying to be nice and give him the benefit of the doubt, (do not do with this guy) I left it & had to make arrangements for someone to not only pick up my vehicle bc I was at work, but also drop it off to me so I had a way to get home, it was a day filled with inconveniences bc of this business. I had to get Ubers for myself and my kids all day and to work which is about 30 minutes away. He stated he would “discount it” but ends up sending me an invoice with a bunch of additional charges, but never saw a discount. We have always taken our vehicles to Tint N' Wraps,the only reason we didn't is bc he couldn't get us in for a week, my fault for being impatient & wanting to get it done before a family trip, never again. Tint is scratched on the inside & starting to bubble at the corners. When I messaged him about it, he responded saying they were currently not open and to try back during regular business hours, when I asked if they would have regular business hours the following day bc of the holiday weekend, no response. However within a very short time of writing a review, due to the fact that by this time I was annoyed and irritated at the whole situation and seeing it get worse by the day, he was very quick to respond in a very unprofessional manner. See for yourself, saying he went above and beyond to "protect" my vehicle during the service & how I was charged the price I was given plus nm state tax, however that is not true. The first invoice he sent was $380, when I called him out on everything he said there was an additional fee that wasn't supposed to be on there and removed it but I'm sure this is his M.O. and he does this to anyone he can. He then sends me an invoice for $337, but in the review, he said he charged me $290 plus $22 state tax, another lie. This guy is as crooked as they come. He then proceeds to state that the other fees are due to inflation, be serious sir, you are part of the problem!!! Be straightforward with your pricing!! My husband and I have several business's & how you conduct business is very unprofessional & dishonest, you shouldn't take advantage of customers, especially that chose to give you the business in this economy. Will never take my vehicles there again, not even to get fixed from the awful job that was done, even if you have to wait or are quoted more somewhere else, be patient bc you'll probably end up paying more here with all the added fees they charge due to "inflation" as well as being treated like a nuisance. Save yourself the hassle, go anywhere else, says there's a lifetime warranty (unless you write a bad review) however after seeing the work, you wont want to take it back there. And FYI, I NEVER leave reviews, especially negative ones. Not a Karen like he says 😂 He also continues to change/remove his response on here bc he got called out on his lies and unprofessionalism.

I went through Goupon to see how this company did, I had all intentions of taking my other 2 vehicles for inside and out VIP detailing. 1. Used wrong sales tax code, was over charged in that. 2. Contract had shop fee, he changed it. Said updated first of the year I signed my contract on 1/20/25 after new year old fee. 3. Charged a merchant fee paid in cash. Picked up vehicle: 1. the cloth they used to add shine to dash was used on windows. Windshield is a blur of oil. 2. Seats still stained, you can tell where they just half cleaned. I highly recommend you think of going elsewhere, this is not the place for you if you love your car and want a good detail.
