Non-reflective tint above the manufacturer's AS-1 line or top 5 inches can be applied.

Reflection: No reflection permitted.

Front Side Windows:

Needs to allow over 20% light transmission.

Reflection: No reflection permitted.

Back Side Windows:

Needs to allow over 20% light transmission.

Reflection: No reflection permitted.

Rear Window:

Needs to allow over 20% light transmission.

Reflection: No reflection permitted.

SUVs & Vans

Windshield:

Non-reflective tint above the manufacturer's AS-1 line or top 5 inches can be applied.

Reflection: No reflection permitted.

Front Side Windows:

Needs to allow over 20% light transmission.

Reflection: No reflection permitted.

Back Side Windows:

Any level of darkness can be applied.

Reflection: No reflection permitted.

Rear Window:

Any level of darkness can be applied.

Additional Requirements

Dual side mirrors required if any side or back windows are tinted.

Restricted Colors

Red, amber and yellow colors are banned.

Certification Requirements

Film manufacturers required to certify the film sold. Confirm with your dealer if certified film is used.

Certification Stickers

A label to identify legal tint required between the film and glass on each tinted window.

Penalties and Enforcement
