Tint World

I didn’t know tinting a Tesla would be so hard. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I am not one to usually leave a review. Anyways here it is, I had my Tesla tinted all the way around I’ll list photos of what they sent me off with. I have had two vehicles before at other tint installations and never had bubbles not go away like this. The staff said to come back in if the bubbles don’t go away in about a month. So I waited, and keep in mind my Tesla is garage bound at home. The bubbles never went away. So I opted to use the warranty to get it fixed. Let me tell you I have never felt so sickened to come back and see my Teslas “fixed” job. I dropped my car off at 8:30am on 2/20 and it wasn’t fixed until 6:30pm on Friday” in case you’re wondering that’s 34hrs. The tint installer must have had a long week, the jorts were too tight or something.. They took off the defrost lines on the back windshield and had to replace the WHOLE back windshield to then retint it. COOL, very inconvenient for me to now find a ride during the day on Thursday and living in Mountain Home. What was I supposed to do if I didn’t have a ride? I write this review mostly because of when I went to pickup my Tesla. I was brought back to the installation room where my vehicle was, and noticed a bubble in the back windshield…Still… so they tried to fix it, and maybe they did it looked like it went away. However the 3rd party windshield installer didn’t bother to contact me so he could fully install the windshield seals by the trunk, PHOTOS BELOW. I noticed this and wanted it fixed right away, it’s now 5:45 and they close at 6. How is it my fault you let this inconsistency happen and not triple check everything? I was met by a lady named Jamie, and let me tell you she should not work in the service industry. I wanted to make sure this problem got fixed but she was more worried about her “date”and not missing it after work than helping a customer. After being furious about things not being quality checked with the seal and again the bubble. I was met with hostility for giving my opinion on how things should go. At first the window installer was going to meet me in mountain home where I live but noticed it wasn’t in Boise and didn’t accommodate. He ended up coming to Tint World and fixing it thank GOD. The true employee was a lady named Terra that was very comforting during an awkward conversation of a fellow employee Jamie being hostile, and COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE. With conversations of her “trying not to be a dick” and “you can get out of my bay right now” to me. I am a customer here for your companies mistakes not once, not twice but 3 times. Please learn from my mistake in choosing this place to do a simple tinting service. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! And to whatever manager that reads this with your employee Goodluck. I hope I won’t need to use my warranty for anything else at this place but if I do. I’ll be sure to leave a thorough REAL review.

These guys are so nice. They did a great job. I just wanted my front windows to match the back and rest of my windows on my 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Amanda was very nice on phone and in person. I didn't catch name of the actual installer, but she did an amazing job! It looks great! Highly recommend this company

Tint World is my go-to spot for professional installation of the BEST quality tint. I’ve had many cars done here and they never fail to impress. Fast service, or scheduled.
