Jen did an amazing job on my car for a reasonable price, she was fair and honest. Very kind staff as well. Her service was timely AND flexible. She worked alongside my busy work schedule and fit me in where it was convenient for me. she let me know straight up that she does NOT do refunds but she WILL re-do ANY window tint that I am dissatisfied with, any and all windows, until I am happy with my tint job. If any refunds were requested, I would still have to pay the installation fee, which is very reasonable considering the willingness to re-do the tint, free of charge. I didn't have any issues with my tint and she made sure that I was happy before I left 😊 thanks Jen for making my car beautiful
