Auto One West Palm Beach

I brought my Jeep to Auto One West Palm Beach two years ago to fix my rear window, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. On the very day I went to pick up my vehicle, one of the struts broke off. I immediately informed them, and they assured me they’d work on finding the right part to fix it. Since then, I’ve been going back and forth on calls, mostly me following up even when they said they’d reach back to me. Twice, they told me they had the part, only for me to waste 30 minutes driving there and back just to find out they had the wrong one. And now, two years later, they still haven’t fixed it. I think I’ve given them more than enough time, but at this point, it’s clear they’re not going to take responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for reliability or accountability.

Had Kenny help me find the perfect bed cover and bed rack for my needs on my GMC 1500. Was super helpful and quick to order and install.
