Tint World

I originally went to Tint World just to get my rear and passenger front window tinted on my Lexus, but after talking with Anthony, I decided to go for the Ultimate Package and redo my entire car, lol. He made the process easy—from walking me through my options (even showing me his own car so I had a visual) to signing the digital estimate, hanging out in the shop while I waited, and wrapping up with payment and a quick inspection before heading out. Anthony clearly knows his stuff, and it’s obvious he’s an asset wherever he works. The work on my car came out perfect—flawless application, no bubbles, and super clean edges. Since I originally planned to get just a couple of windows done, I appreciated that they still got everything finished quickly despite the last-minute change. Oh, and the lifetime nationwide warranty gives me extra peace of mind. You can tell Cari, the owner, runs a good business with a focus on customer service. My experience felt personal but professional.. So if you want quality tinting with honest, knowledgeable service, I’d recommend these guys.

My initial experience with Pat was mediocre but I generally try to find the positive in my experience, letting little things slide, and because of that I only write positive reviews unless I feel so strongly about something. Since my first interaction with Pat at this tint world location there’s been a significant decline in his attitude, customer service and ethics. The car pictured is my car I had PPF done on by them and though there were things needing fixing he assured me he would do just that and fix them. However since this visit I had purchased 15 different Carbon Fiber parts for my car and had asked if they could wrap and install them. Pat asked I leave the parts with them 3 weeks ahead of my car to get them wrapped first and I was fine with that. After the 3 weeks I came in with my car to drop it off and nothing had been done. I was given excuse after excuse and took it all at face value, but still felt confident the work could be done. It snow been 3 weeks and the job was never finished but far worse than that they destroyed the first set of 5VM full Carbon Fiber side skirts buy using an excellent hot heat gun warping and damaging the parts. I was kind and forgiving and even purchased new ones, paid rush shipping and hand delivered them to insure my car would be how I wanted and within a reasonable time frame. It’s now been 17 more days and today I took back my car with the work incomplete out the initial deposit and the cost I incurred replace it parts they destroyed. I want to be clear in stating that Miguel & Jose and all the workers are excellent and extremely hard working tried their best to do a good job while Pat continued to load them up with new work constantly pushing my car back from completion. I was very patient, fair and respectful but today was the last straw. After speaking with Pat over the phone, which he told me to call today for an update, he, yet again, tell me my car won’t be done for 4-5 more days!! I’ve heard this from him for months, the first time getting PPF took 4 weeks, this time I dropped off parts 6 1/2 weeks ago and my car’s been there over 3 weeks for 10 hours of work, his words! I’ve never adjusted a review like this before but after speaking with him today, he told me to come by, said the new side skirts I bought to replace the ones the destroyed just needed to be put on and they’ve been working on my car for days, only to find out from the workers that he just told them to start working on it because I was On my way and NOTHING had been done since last week when I stopped by to check in progress. I stopped by 5 times and had work near the shop and drove by 4 others and NOT ONCE did he have a single person working on my car. Pat lies, he takes advantage of kind patient people, and the work done is subpar at best with him forcing a handful of guys to work nonstop on 10 different cars. I have a second review that he solicited from me to make up for a poor review he received 2 weeks ago that I also will be changing because now non of what I said is true and he failed to deliver any of the work or promises I paid thousands for AND far worse they drilled through the side of my brand new corvette putting wholes where there shouldn’t have ever been any to try to make carbon fiber side skirts THEY damaged fit. This experience rates at the top of the worst experiences I’ve ever had the misfortune of having. Stay clear of Pat and this branch of Tint World unless you want your car and parts destroyed.
