If I could give them 0 stars, I would. When I entered the store, there wasn't anyone at the front desk. I stood there for approximately 5 minutes before a guy from the garage came out. I told him I was early (45 minutes early) and that I had an appoi...

Okay so, this place tinted my windows near the end of October. Air bubbles started forming on the driver's windows, and the front passenger window was actually peeling . I made an appointment for today to get this fixed. I was informed it would be an hour and a half. Well I am still sitting here in the parking lot waiting and it will be going on 3 hours now. Furthermore, a guy pulled up in a BMW and got his entire car tinted and already left, while I continue to wait. I check in with the front desk and they have only completed one window and are now starting on the second. I hate writing negative reviews but...this place doesn't even deserve the one star I'm giving them. Extremely upset and I would like anyone considering this place to avoid it.

Got my all windows tinted with ceramic tint, waited 4 days without lowering any windows. First time I lowered driver side tint started to lift. Called to let them know was told to go back they would fix it. I show up on weekend wasted my time the tint guy just cut out where it was lifting since they were to buys to replace it. Had to schedule another appointment check and my two rear windows also had the same issue. Told them I wanted all 3 replaced they just cut the tint where it started to lift on the rear windows and only replaced the from driver side tint. Take your money somewhere els.
