Had an appointment to replace my damaged car alarm system for my old 2011 Mazda. My vehicle was ready a lot quicker than I anticipated, taking only 1.2 hours instead of the estimated 3-4. The employees answered all my questions and were very clear about the process. So far so good. The Viper 3107VM was installed to replace my old Avital system. Got 2 remotes programmed, and all buttons on the remotes were functioning. The sensitivity of the alarm was also in a good setting. Not too sensitive so any loud sounds, vibrations, or things walking on it (animals) would not trigger it. Very well done, I would definitely recommend these guys to do your car alarm installation.

This place left me in tears. They charged me over $850 in labor for 3 hours of work. They didn’t itemize anything till I pushed the request. Three different people told me three different things and when I approached my concerns the only outcome they provided was not in (my) the customers favor to say the least. Initially I was told they had a 30 day return policy however the next guy told me exchange only and I would be charged even more labor for any changes. I feel like they completely took advantage of me. They even asked me if I was recording the conversation. Guilty??? Just put your customers first and don’t over charge! They also caused physical damage to my new truck and expect me to eat that cost too!
