Henry was prompt, professional, and super patient with my indecisiveness on which tint shade to choose. He genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone. He even introduced me to one of his buddies, Xavi, who’s a true BMW guru and we chatted the whole time Henry was tinting about car wraps, upgrades, etc. Very happy I found Henry and his teammates. In order to put this post into words, I need to tell you how I came about this place. Down the street in San Marcos is another tinting shop whose name I will not disclose but ended up waiting about an hour with no customer service and no greeting. Nobody seemed interested that I was there to tint my car so I ended up leaving and down the street I had found M1 tinting. I walked in and had talked to Henry about tinting one of my previous cars. Not only did Henry greet me the minute I walked in, but he was very professional, very kind and did not misguide me on my choices of shades. I ended up having him tint my car for a very good affordable price and top quality now I find myself back at his shop three years later with my brand new car for that exact same service. Now being a second time customer Henry has secured my business in the long run, very professional. I will continue to come back as long as he is open.
