Read if you want an honest review: air bubbles and DAMAGES. Pro tip: They will deny any damages and claim they were there before. No sense of accountability. Take interior/exterior videos of your car before coming here, or best, don't come here! Don’t take the chance of thinking it won’t happen to you because I promise they will deny fault. I took my car to get tinted in their San Ramon location with Mateo which went fine. Nice guy, good customer service BUT there were air bubbles on almost every window. I'm posting the worst ones. It's almost as if they expect air bubbles to happen at least 80% of the time. Mateo reiterated there is warranty so bring it back if you do have bubbles that haven't gone away. But this is just so inconvenient for customers. Why not get it done right the first time? So I brought it to the SF location with Farris to get it repaired since I'm no longer in San Ramon. Appointment for 10:30am and Farris told me he would have to replace all the rear windows and wouldn't be done until 5pm.. Around 1:30pm, I called them to get a better estimated time of completion and they actually said it was ready. Were they ever going to call me and let me know that if I hadn't called them? By the way, when you call, it goes to a third-party call center, not the store. Person on the phone had to get my information, call Farris, then get back to me to tell me it was actually ready to be picked up. At least I didn't wait until 5pm to call.. Now, the WORST part are the damages to my steering wheel. Whoever drove my car into their garage (I parked it in the driveway when I left), must've had something sharp on their gloves or hands, and scratched the leather. I felt the scratches immediately when backing my car out of their garage. You can tell all other areas on the wheel are butter smooth. Even the leather is coming off on my hands. I am expecting compensation so I plan to see this through and file a formal complaint. Will they say these scratches were there before and deny it like they have with other customers? Probably. If the scratches are old, would the leather be coming off immediately like that? So yes, you get tinted windows for a decent price but with that comes with inconvenience and potential damages to your car as it did with mine. Also they only replaced the worst tints, so this means my driver and passenger windows with some air bubbles weren't repaired. Their tints aren't seamless. It's a half-assed job. Honestly, I am really disappointed because our experience with Mateo in San Ramon was decent but air bubbles on almost every window then lack of accountability from Farris and rest of Jet Black turned that around quick. Bluntly, I would not recommend this to a friend or family member especially since you can find similar prices elsewhere.

5/5 experience from start to finish. Got my car back within the estimated time frame too.
