I took my car here about a year and a half ago to get tint, I was talked to by all employees and they gave me their word that it'll be good, so I was charged $190 for all my windows except the front glass, I had to take the tint off myself for it to ...
Got my tint for all four windows in Sep 2023. A week after the passenger side tint started to peel. (Vehicle was kept at home in vented garage) Didn’t take it in becuz it wasn’t a crazy peel and it didn’t persist, I was traveling doing army stuff so I left it. Fast forward to June 2024 my driver side door started to peel abruptly and severely. I had to tear a good portion off bcuz it was getting caught in the window. I contacted the shop and clarified how long the warranty was and was told 5 years. I then asked the earliest time I could come in to get the windows redone and was met with a story about the shop going mobile . After more run around and no calls back I texted the owners phone number which was met with delayed responses and I’m assuming a block Update as of September 29 2024: -Continued back and forth, going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau
