10 am, google says they are open but when I got to the place of business, the door was locked and all the lights were off. I guess they don't want my money. This is the third time in a row that I have been here Around this time trying to get my windows tinted, and nobody was here. I'm just going to go somewhere else.
If you’re planning to keep your car for more than three years, make sure to keep the receipt for your tint job in a safe place. At the end of 2019, I had my Volkswagen Jetta tinted at this shop and opted for the upgraded tint. Unfortunately, after about three years, it started to bubble. I initially noticed small bubbles that weren’t too obvious, but they got worse over time. When I called the company to ask if they had a record of my purchase, the person on the phone said they didn’t—but then checked the computer and confirmed I had been there in 2019. So, they clearly keep some kind of record of purchases, but apparently not well enough for a business offering “lifetime” tint warranties. Now, I’m facing a $225 charge to fix one back window. The lady says they only keep three years of records Which isn’t very long for a business selling lifetime warranty.
I called before coming here and explained to them that I wanted to get a full back window tint for my model 3 the lady over the phone said it was going to cost me 40$ extra. I bought the 150 Groupon deal for window tint in all windows, when I got there the guy said it was going to cost me 164 dollars more just to do the rear windows without even doing the from windows. I ended up paying 150 + 179 = 329 just for the rear windows and they don’t even used ceramic tint. I was quoted 300$ at a reputable shop for ceramic window tint. When I got my car back I noticed they used 2 pieces of film to cover the back window, what a mess. The worst part they cracked my screen cover and after I told the guy they didn’t even offered to pay for it. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this place.
