Quality Tint Work

Folks get comfortable I will take you on the journey of my experience. This guy did tint on my Ford focus. He did a good job. Then I show him my another car SUV what I bought recently. Both sides, front and rear door window film was scratched from extensive use in desert area ( that what I thought… film scratched) I asked him can he remove old film because it’s scratched and replace with new film. He inspected windows and said yes, I can remove old scratched film, and replace with new We agreed on the price and I called him after few months. Then he came and replaced all film on the windows . Now it’s funny part : The scratches was still there. I asked him why scratches still there he answered because your windows are scratched. I said : Listen, you know that’s I thought my film is scratched ( my suspicion of that was vocalized many times) Now the guy saying no your windows is scratched, and he can’t do nothing about it . But my sole purpose, of ordering you and changing film that I thought film is scratched. So now I have to pay him and my car windows is at the same point like before. I am not professional in this area and I cannot tell the windows is scratched or film is scratched. I relied on his inspection and experience only. It is hard to believe the guy with such a extended experience cannot tell what surface is scratched or make such a mistake about where is the scratches It is either his unprofessionalism ( hard to believe) or careless approach or greed ( just make money) I refuse to pay because he failed to determine real reason and took the job, knowing that’s the outcome going to be same windows will look same like before without changes. If he would explain me, that’s the windows are scratched I wouldn’t order him understandably Another thing he is completely refusing to understand my point what I explained above he do not take any effort to understand client but keep demanding to pay in a front of the fact, obvious fact that his job based on his promises did not produce any results. Being overwhelmed with his emotions, he removed film. What He put on the windows, packed everything and left.. So at the end I was left without film on my windows because he removed good old one and put his new one on and then removed his new one. It’s very sad, but maybe that’s the way to go. You have to put everything in writing. With this guy? Maybe my situation is isolated maybe not.

fast and efficient and decent prices too. had two cars tinted by them. very professional and clean. i highly recommend their ceramic tint. blocks out so much heat even at only 20% shade level tint. i hope they stay in business forever because they’re the only ones i’d ever use on my future cars
