First and only tint place I will ever Go. I had an appointment for 9 am after finding out the owner had technical issues with his phone. He called me later to apologize from his wife's phone to explain the missed appointment. To make up for it he removed/replaced my back window tint in under 45 minutes free of charge. That's first class customer service above and beyond. ELITE is definitely the right name for this business. For ALL your tint needs go to Elite Shield Autospa & Tint. Ask for Eric and tell him Sylvia sent you. HE WON'T MISS!
Because of previous service industry experiences in the area, I initially didn’t want to use a local shop for this new Tesla Model X glossy PPF, so I got a number of quotes from shops from Orange County and Santa Clarita. One shop looked promising but when I checked the PPF manufacturer’s site they weren’t listed as an authorized installer. I called the manufacturer and they confirmed the shop had neither undergone training nor was buying the materials from them! They then recommended Eric at Elite Shield. I checked the reviews and called Eric and was impressed by his sincerity, professionalism, and pricing. We arranged an appointment and Eric was ready to go on time. He thoroughly briefed exactly what he would do, how he would do it, & how much time it would take. The car came out absolutely stunning and the photo does not do it justice. Eric’s care and briefing before handing over the keys was noteworthy, as is his follow-up servicing. I highly recommend Elite Shield for any PPF or tinting needs!
