I've used Perfect Touch two or three times before and never experienced issues, BUT, yesterday was just beyond words frustrating and a very unpleasant experience. I called and made an appointment ahead of time and showed up for my appointment on time to have the windows done. The guy I checked in with told me 2 1/2 hours roughly for all windows and windshield to get tinted so I got an Uber back to work. My appointment was at 8am and at 130 I called because I still hadn't heard anything, the lady who answered had no answers and told me to call back after 3. I got a ride there around 3pm and as I am pulling in I get a call to say my truck is done. After paying and walking out to my truck, I turn it on and my Check Engine Light is on. My truck is 2 days old with 60 miles mind you. I go inside to inform them and after about 10 minutes they come out to tell me oh your battery died and we had to jump start it. Just drive the truck and it should clear after 40 miles. How does someone not call to say "Hey customer your truck is done but we had to jump start it and now the check engine light is on FYI". As a customer to pay a decent amount of money to have ZERO communication and a problem with your truck afterwards is beyond infuriating. The streak marks inside the cab and near the doors is a whole nother topic! And the razor blade mark on the steering wheel but I will leave those be... I would unfortunately avoid this place by all means! And to think when I picked my truck up I was asking them about ceramic coating and looking to schedule for them to do that. Dodged a bullet on the coating for sure!
