Make sure you keep your receipt they only keep customer records for two years and if you can’t prove they did your windows after the two years and your window bubbles like mine did then you are out of luck. Poor customer service. And no I actually don’t use the defrost on my rear window. Let me add that I explained that my documents were stolen during a break in so there was nothing I can do about it. In this day and age computers can keep customer records longer than two years.
