This is my first time using The Tint Factory and I will continue to use them in the future. Professional, informative, and fast. Tint looks great and they had me out of there in about an hour. Would recommend to anyone looking for tint in the area.
WASTE OF TIME AND $$$. Found this shop on yelp and decided to give it a try. We had texted about pricing and it seemed a little high but I figured the quality of their job would be worth it. I came in, we discussed tint options, and the guy in the front (don’t know his name because he never introduced himself) told me he was gonna check out my car. I did have some left over tint which was no bigger than 3 inches on the rear windshield and he made a big deal about it. He told me since it’s in a really “difficult area to reach” it’ll cost more to remove it and that instead of taking 2-3 hours it was possibly going to take all day. Which is insane since I got there at 9am. I figured I could remove it myself and come back another day, he said it was fine as long as I leave a $60 deposit. I decided to go somewhere else and I loved it! They are a mobile tint company and have EXCELLENT customer service!! Super friendly and on time! They removed my old tint without any complaints and said it wasn’t a problem at all!! I even had another vehicle tinted the same day and they threw in the strip on the windshield for free!! Their work is outstanding and prices are absolutely worth it! I would definitely recommend!!👍
Went in on Saturday for my tint appointment at 11a got there around 10:40a checked in with the front desk. Was asked if I knew what shades I wanted. Went with 5% all around on my 2022 Elantra N work came out clean no weird creases or peanuts in the film. I had the ceramic black option installed. I will be going back for the windshield. Clean lobby it’s air conditioned, they have a heat lamp so you can feel the film doing it’s thing. Overall would recommend this shop.
