I had my Cybertruck vinyl wrapped here in April and parts of it are already peeling off. Not only were large pieces that gave the wind coming off but edges that wrap around metal were losing their adhesion too. Luckily, I got a two year warranty so I brought it in on Monday for warranty repairs. Al looked at the areas where the vinyl was coming off and said he will fix it but he needs it for a couple days. I told him I’d bring it back on Wednesday and pick it up on Friday. On Wednesday morning I dropped it off and three hours later. Al called me to say I need to pay him $350 to fix it. Between Monday and Wednesday, he decided the vinyl coming off was due to damage and was not covered under warranty! I decided not to throw good money after bad. Plus I wasted two trips to Irvine.
Got the ceramic coating service for my new Tesla Model 3. Al was really professional and very friendly. You will not regret if you bring you car here.
