He asked if I still wanted to proceed, and I truly appreciated the honesty and transparency. With my approval, the team went ahead and did their best to complete the tinting—despite the challenge with the window. The owner also reassured me that the tint comes with a lifetime warranty, which gave me even more confidence in their work and commitment to quality. To my surprise, once I got home, the back window miraculously started working again! I called the owner to let him know, and without hesitation, he offered to reinstall the tint on the back window at no extra charge. That kind of integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction is rare and speaks volumes about how much they care about their clients.
