I just had my Porsche 911 Turbo S done by Premier. Had my M5 done by Elite and let's just say I had to go back 3 times to get things fixed. Pros with Premier - long wait time and they are going to be straight shooters with you. Don't bother asking ...

I used a different company about a year ago that is several miles away from Premier. Let's just say I had many problems with the other shop from bubbles to razor cuts in my paint. This other shop was highly rated for Teslas and did not think anything of it as they have hundreds of positive reviews on Yelp. Well, when I tried to have them fix the problems....after 2 other attempts, they said "you are too picky". I fumed over this so began a search for another place. Found Premier through recommendation through group in my work at Apple. Night and day apart with the other place. Only downside with Premier is they are very busy shown by them to be booked months in advance. Well worth the wait for them. Highly recommended especially coming from a car enthusiast.

Well it says a lot when a business doesn't want you to see their work in person before entering a contract (with deposit) for a binding appointment. The quality of clear bra custom fitting differs from one installer to another. I was intially very impressed with Premier's youtube videos and how well they describe and showcase their work. But when I actually called to get a simple full body wrap quote for my new car, they were reluctant to even let me come over and see their work. This really threw me off! A full body wrap costs about $10k+ on many nice cars. This is not pocket change and I was told by John that I should just look at their YouTube videos to get a better idea even after I directly asked if I could drop by. The reason they gave me; they are very busy and with covid and all they don't have time for consults in person. Oh c'mon now, we are no longer in the heights of the pandemic now and most businesses have opened up to in-person services with precautions. All they needed to do was let me see their work in a garage or parking lot. Oh well, I will find a better place which is more transparent and takes pride in their work and doesn't hide behind video footage. I hope this review helps others who are on the fence about these folks!
