I took my car in to get it fully tinted, they said it would be a 2-3 hour wait, ended up waiting all day long until after closing, when I received the car there was bubbles everywhere and the manager took his own personal credit card and tried to squeegee the bubble out scratching the tint, I noticed there was a light on my dash saying I had an interior light out and to my surprise I looked behind me and my rear brake light was just laying on the back of the seat and my headliner was damaged from the guy yanking it down improperly, I tried to have this situation resolved but they said they “found no evidence of damage” which is completely false. Do not recommend having your vehicle tinted here, they are extremely unprofessional and they do very poor quality work. If you don’t believe me just check with the better business bureau they have TONS of reports.

200+ hidden reviews on Yelp that are mostly 1 star should tell you what you need to know (very fishy). As for me, this was quite an ordeal. Every car I've ever owned I have had tinted, and by comparison this was a nightmare experience. Brought my brand new car in early one morning and was sold on tinting all windows. Bought the most expensive package. Ended up leaving it overnight because it couldn't get done in one day. Received it the next morning from a technician with no management quality control check. The front window was foggy and hard to see through and there were multiple issues with dirt and bubbling in at least 4 of the windows. Brought it back a second time. Again, not able to be completed for an entire day, and was and left overnight. The photos show the result of redoing the job (again no quality control check). More than one window was not cut properly and there were multiple issues with bubbling and fog again. On top of that my dashboard was DAMAGED (see pictures). Brought it back a THIRD time. Said they rehired one of the best in the industry. Well I hope they're paying that guy well to keep him around because finally the job came out okay. They did not fix the dash as promised (this was discussed multiple times through text and by showing the issue to 3-4 people) because "we couldn't see it" (not surprising in their dark shop). During my last visit I met a nice customer there who said this was his FIFTH time coming back for his tint job. He told me they damaged his windows removing film and he was at his wits end. Throughout this process I never once had a direct line to the shop. Every time I called it went to voicemail which was often full and not accepting messages. I had to call their dispatch center often just to move the process along. Unfortunately, the dispatch would constantly remind me "we are just a third party" and cannot help with anything at all other than relaying messages and hounding down people working at the shop. I wouldn't pay these guys up front. I would read the negative reviews especially recent ones because they are in fact representative of my experience. I thought about giving 2 stars because the final product met expectations but still my car is damaged and I have to pay to have someone fix it. Between multiple trips and the damage, it actually cost me more money than the job itself. I'm done taking my car there despite the “lifetime warranty” (newsflash all tint places give you a lifetime warranty). My car had like 25 miles on it when I first brought it to them. It had almost 200 by the time all this madness was done. Hope they keep that one guy who actually knows what he’s doing!
