I made an appointment for Sunday. I was told to come at 9am and that the job would take 2 hours. I wake up early and drive 30 minutes to the destination. Upon arrival I was asked if I was going to leave the car, I told the person I was going to wait....
I had made an appointment for 2 vehicles and they also confirmed with me through text, I arrived today (10/24/2021) Sunday… The shop was completely closed with a sign saying they are open Sundays 7am-5pm .. I called the shops number listed on google and their “receptionist” answered saying she wasn’t at the shop and would contact the installers, I waited outside the shop for approximately 15 minutes I called them back 3 times and no answer nor a reply saying if they would be there or not. Such a waste of my time I live 25 minutes away, I left photo screenshots of the conversation for proof! I’ve take 2 cars here before and was going to take another 2, Definitely disappointed and not going back.
Great customer service by Tony, he did a really great job on tinting my car and on a efficient timely manner. I will be taking my other cars to him to get done and I definitely recommend him to anyone that wants there car tinted.
