I just had the pleasure of getting my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee tinted at Elite Window Tint & Vinyl Wraps and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. I contacted several different places and found Elite to be incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. They were also very accommodating with getting me an appointment. I inquired on Tuesday and they were able to do the job Thursday morning-the day after New Year's! The quality of the work is what truly stood out to me. The tint looks absolutely amazing, enhancing the appearance of my Jeep while providing the privacy and UV protection I was looking for. This shop does fantastic work! I got the full front PPF, total car + glass ceramic coating, and window tinting all done at the same time. Jose did a great job at communicating clearly when it came to explaining the process and options as well as when it came to scheduling drop off and pickup. I waited until I washed the car myself to write this review so I could see the hydrophobic properties of the coating and I couldn't ask for better performance. This is the second car that I have had a ceramic coating done and this one is by far the best performance I have seen. Jose even asked to check in on the car 2 weeks later to make sure everything settled as it should. These guys really care about their work and I couldn't be happier as a customer.
