I just picked up my truck from Freddie’s and can’t be more pleased. I initially had a leather seat cover replaced in my old ford and they did a much better job than another local vendor I used a couple years back. Immediately after that service, I asked Freddie if he could pull my instrument cluster and have it refurbished as most of the backlights had failed. He did and everything is working well. Freddie is very professional, polite, clean and quality conscious. When I walked into the shop, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the lounge and then the shop itself. My only regret is that I’ve only recently discovered his shop. Had I known about FLAA twenty years ago, I’d have been a decades-long customer by now. You won’t find better.
Freddie Louis is a gentleman and extremely professional. Lisa and his staff treat clients like they want to be treated. They have a great work ethic, do the work right the first time. Freddie's detailing crew does fantastic work on mine and my husband vehicles. I highly recommend his company and we will continue to use Freddie Louis. .
