I had the BEST experience with 12 Volt Techs!! I had my windshield and front side windows tinted and I am obsessed. Eric was very kind, patient, professional, and informative. You can tell that he and his team take a lot of pride in their work. They ...
Brought our new car in to get our 2 front windows tinted and couldn't be happier! We loved everything about this experience. From the customer service, shop experience, owner Eric's knowledge and professionalism, and the work performed. It's definitely a 5-star π π πππ business.
I dropped my car off Friday morning for ceramic coating. picked up Saturday at 6pm. after arriving home I noticed several spots that need attention. I contacted Eric that evening and made arrangements to have them looked at the next Saturday. he took care of spots. my car was parked in my garage for 6 days. I took back to shop Saturday for spot correction. when arriving to get car eric pointed out damage on rear end of car. my car had been in garage for 6 days. only driven the 3.3 miles to his shop. Eric offered to let me review video footage of me dropping of car Friday morning. we noticed nothing to indicate damage was that day. I asked about video of the Friday and Saturday my car was in shop. Eric said he looked at it and saw no damage. when I ask to view it he told me I could at 108 per hour (shop rate) my car has less than 1800 miles on it. as stated it was in garage from time I picked it up Saturday night until I arrived at your shop the following Saturday. I have washed car weekly since I have had it. I used microfiber cloth on it after coating. I would have seen, felt damage. and yes I purchased a car wash soap for ceramic coating. either way my car has damage . furthermore, you said your tech saw no damage on car that Friday I bought it in or Saturday when I left. again car was driven 3 miles and put in garage. I am 100% positive my brother didn't hit my car nor my 81 year old mother who dosen't drive. the video you did show me you cut off immediately when damage was found. how do I know you didn't take a sharpie to damage as you said had been done. if my shop were in question I would welcome customers to view tape not just take my word.
