Honest Review. Be specific with what you want done to your vehicle. From the four detail options to choose, if anyone of those choices does not include a trunk, window, seat (etc.)cleaning specified in the detail you chose don't expect it to be cleaned. Again, specify actually what you want done. I had the standard detail which took four hours to complete and was satisfied with the work done. There was just one man working on my vehicle. Im a patient guy so had no problem but will prefer to drop my car off and pick it up next time around. Other than that just let the man do his job. He knows what he is doing.

I called last Friday to make an appointment for this Tuesday 9am. I showed up but they didn’t have my record. The staff apologized that they had a new guy was not that reliable and have me to come again on Thursday 9am. I have been waiting for 40 mins and nobody showed up or called me beforehand for their delay. I had a groupon and need to call groupon for trading in. It wasted a lot of time of me and it’s a horrible experience. If they can’t even set up my appointment right, I can’t trust they can be professional enough to do a decent job. Really frustrated about this place and will tell ppl around me to avoid this place for future.

This will be the 3rd vehicle that Alabama Solar Film has done for me. Steve thoroughly explains what he is going to do and is extremely proficient in what he does. I highly, highly recommend Alabama Solar Film for your automobile tinting needs. Steve is very upfront with his pricing and stands behind his work. If you have any issues at all, he will make it right. I know this because I had a small bubble come up on my tint about a week after I had it done. Contacted Steve and he, without hesitation, told me to bring my vehicle back and he'd make it right; and he did. Simply the best - hands down!
