I had my Prius wrapped pink, ceramic coated, and window tint! I LOVE IT!!!! Awesome service, will never go anywhere else!!
Took in my recently purchased Corvette to get it detailed and cannot be happier in how it came out. Got the 2 step paint correction and ceramic coating. They did a decon wash first then the cut/polish and got most of the scratches and 10 yrs of paint oxidation out. The ceramic coating made the paint look and feel like glass. They also wrapped the spoiler (which came out great). We had discussed at length about tinting the back window with its real bad curve and let me know up front that it would be difficult at best. They attempted it twice with no luck (no charge). I am taking it back for them to do the 15 day inspection on the ceramic coating (standard) and to reattempt the tinting. When I picked it up they did the reveal and it looked brand new. Folks, you can't beat the level of work and professionalism they provided. Their prices are in line or better than most in town. The staff will let you know what would be best for your vehicle without high pressure sales and will show you their previous work. Give these folks a try you won't regret it.
I would suggest not doing business with this company. I scheduled ceramic coating service a week out and put down a $185 deposit to "hold the appointment". That evening I was involved in a car accident. The next morning I contacted the owner and explained my situation but he would not budge on refunding my deposit, just offered credit for the future and stated that was his policy. I completely understand all of that, however I feel that in this situation giving the advanced notice that I gave, consideration should have been given. My purpose is to let others know that if you schedule service with Next Level in Athens, AL your deposit will not be refunded, (they are not initially forthcoming with this information), under any circumstances. My suggestion would be to consider doing business with other auto detailing businesses in the area that do not require a deposit. Lesson learned I myself will be more diligent in the future. Their website policy states (may result in loss of deposit, not "will" result in loss) concerning cancellation or rescheduling. Under the deposit clause of their policy it states that deposits are non refundable but extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration by the owner. The staff was pleasant but in no way informed me that the deposit was non-refundable when taking it over the phone. Again, just a PSA - buyer beware.
