Tried setting up replacement online and never even received an email, other than the standard system email that I would hear from them within 24 hours. Got everything set up easily with safelite online, though.
This was my first experience with this establishment. I will say that they were very courteous, very professional from the moment I walked through the door. They had my door window replaced and cleaned up within an hour. I would highly recommend NOVUS Glass of Cheyenne for all your automotive glass needs.
Not only did they get me in immediately, they helped me to navigate filing a claim with my insurance company (took literally 3 minutes), AND they were super fast - back to work in 30 minutes! I will always use these guys!
