Our first experience was back in 2012. Then again in 2014 with our new Challenger. Our tint held up 9 out of 10 years, until there was some bubbling on the back window. I know they would have fixed it up but busy schedules made it too hard to make it...
The quality of the window tint is impressive. I haven't had any issues with that. I knock off a star for: 1. Their customer service could use a bit of work. The email communication is typed out in ALL CAPS, and comes off a bit like they are yelling. It's just not good etiquette. Also, the whole 'we only accept cash' thing is silly. 2. Even if you make a specific appointment, it doesn't mean that is when they will start working on your vehicle. I had an appointment but they didn't work on my vehicle until 2 hours later. I guess drop-off is a bit different than appointment.
They were able to get it in the same day I called and completed it within an hour and a half of dropping it off. Did an awesome job looks great.. Super happy definitely would recommend..
