Tint Boyz Window Tinting

Our first experience was back in 2012. Then again in 2014 with our new Challenger. Our tint held up 9 out of 10 years, until there was some bubbling on the back window. I know they would have fixed it up but busy schedules made it too hard to make it back to Milwaukee. We ended up trading it in a few weeks ago. 12 years ago we were won over by the customer service. A little conversation, some information, a guarantee and a come on back if you have any problems. It was easy to schedule, easy to pick up. No hassle. 9 years is still pretty dang good. We've had all our vehicles windows tinted here and this was the first one to show bubbling. We also have a truck we bought in 2015 and the tint is still perfect on it. I don't know how many people I've recommended here over the years. My daughter and son both purchased their first vehicles recently and are waiting for a time to make it down. I also just purchased another new vehicle and even though we've moved away from the area, I'm dealing with the sun in my eyes until we can make our way back to the best shop around.

The quality of the window tint is impressive. I haven't had any issues with that. I knock off a star for: 1. Their customer service could use a bit of work. The email communication is typed out in ALL CAPS, and comes off a bit like they are yelling. It's just not good etiquette. Also, the whole 'we only accept cash' thing is silly. 2. Even if you make a specific appointment, it doesn't mean that is when they will start working on your vehicle. I had an appointment but they didn't work on my vehicle until 2 hours later. I guess drop-off is a bit different than appointment.

They were able to get it in the same day I called and completed it within an hour and a half of dropping it off. Did an awesome job looks great.. Super happy definitely would recommend..
