I had an amazing experience here and I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who took the time to answer all of my questions about the different tinting options available. Their customer service is top-notch, and they made sure I was fully informed every step of the way. The quality of the window tinting is outstanding! They use high-quality materials that not only provide excellent UV protection but also add a sleek, stylish look to my vehicle. The installation was quick, and I could tell they took great care to ensure everything was done perfectly, with no bubbles or imperfections. The shop itself is clean, organized, and equipped with the latest technology, which really gave me confidence in their work. I also appreciate that they stand behind their products which gives me peace of mind. I’m beyond satisfied with the results and will definitely be coming back for any future needs!

I have had multiple cars tinted by Mike and his team with no issues. But my latest experience here was a front end PPF Job on my new-to-me truck that resulted in damaging my headlights and paint with razor cuts and knife marks down to the base primer. I brought the truck back to him for a redo (waited about a week until he was back from vacation, which is no problem) and he agreed to partially redo a few panels. I got it back the second time and the panels redone were much better, he tried buffing out the headlights that have been scratched but it ended up burning through the clear UV coating. I looked harder and harder after 2nd pickup and I still couldn’t let go of the fact my paint and headlights were still damaged and could be seen. So I reached out again and argued my way for a refund (I was not refunded the tax I paid?). I even offered to go through his insurance to just get the headlights replaced and paint repaired but he did not want to go that route. It is worth mentioning, the headlights cost 1k+ each and a paint job to repair the paint would cost thousands. I did get my refund (excluding the tax?). But I now have damaged paint on my whole entire front end, scratched headlights, and a PPF on my truck that will need to be redone. Was told never to bring any of my vehicles back, I am the worst customer he has ever had, I have too high of expectations and whatever tint or vinyl I have on my truck and other vehicles are now non-warrantyable (even though I had no issues with the window tint). I didn’t feel I had high expectations, I came for paint protection film to PROTECT my truck. Not to get my truck DAMAGED. The refund doesn’t nearly cover the cost of the damage done. I will include original PPF job pictures in this review. Very disappointed and upset with the outcome of this job, considering they are best of Clark County, and I have sent multiple of my own vehicles, friends vehicles, and families vehicles here for a wide variety of work.

This is the second car I took in to Excel for Car detailing and I have never been disappointed. Junior did my Lexus RX350 today and he went above and beyond to ensure my car was in the best condition. He told me if I see anything he missed, to bring it right back in. I had some paint spots he corrected and fixed. It truly looks amazing, it looks brand new inside and out. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service make them my go to choice for detailing and window tinting. Highly recommend them.
